Intro to Dynamic Personal Training with Amanda

Dawn painted the Minneapolis skyline, and as 6 a.m. ticked in, my rendezvous with the “Intro to Dynamic Personal Training" class began. In the midst of the fitness ballet, Amanda stepped forward.
